Who the hell is this guy?
Olliander is a semi-active member of the server. he joined November of 2022, and is a member of the Chaos Coven. He is the head architect of the Halifax Revitalization Project, and has developed quite a few builds of his own. Olliander has bursts of motivation where he will be extremely active for months, then vanish for months.
