The Capital Building is located in the heart of Sentinel Hill, Colonia's capital city, just west of the Sentinel Hill Station. It contains the main Senate chamber and several additional rooms and observation balconies. The basement of the capital is the Map Room, the largest floor map of Colonia in existance (currently under construction). Most of the materials used in the construction of the capital building - particularly quartz have been generously donated by players.
