Sentinel Hill is immediate neighbors with Dark Oak Mountain Fortress (DOMF) to the north, Cordova Ridge to the east, Faechester to the south, Tixlet Marsh to the southwest and Shepherd's Hill to the west. Railway service is provided at Sentinel Hill Station which is the only hub station of the CRS that serves four railways: the Piccadilly Line, Jubilee Line, Metro Line and Cambridge Line.

Sentinel Hill has plans to extend to the west and northwest around Dark Oak Mountain Fortress (DOMF) and up to Gallows Island and Shepherd's Hill. A canal is currently under construction that would connect Boathouse via waterway.
It also has plans by CrownPrince to expand upon Colonia Depot, which currently sits empty.
