The Colonia Postal Service is a privately-owned network of Post Offices and underground transport rails for sending mail across Colonia. The custodian of a town selected to host a C.P.S Post Office bears the responsibility of keeping it stocked with supplies; construction of the post offices and routes is handled by Mine Ops.
