The Windsor Line is the tenth oldest railway of the CRS. It uses green concrete for its tracks and currently has 18 stations, with 7 being hub stations. It travels in a general northeast-southwest direction, with its northeastern most station at Lawson Quarry and its southwestern most station at Vanderbilt City.

The Windsor Line has an interesting history. It is the only railway to be created from part of another railway - the Waterloo Line, leaving an unconnected portion serving only Mission Valley. This was the result of an accidental discovery. Back in 2018, a new player named Lauren went on an exploration adventure, traveling by rail from the Sentinel Hill Metro Area south on the Piccadilly Line and then switching to head southeast on the Waterloo Line at Twin Peaks Station. She eventually disembarked at Mission Valley Station and decided from there to explore on foot. She traveled west over a mountain and discovered a nice valley to settle in. While building her home, she discovered a massive castle to the west of her. This castle turned out be a TOP SECRET project that Leven and JensenBeach had been working on for months. Back in 2018, the world map (Dynmap) was not available to players and no one had any idea where this secret project was located. By a freak coincidence, Lauren, who only played for a brief period of time back in 2018, had a remarkable impact on Colonia and the CRS. This castle project was later to be revealed as Ten Towers, one of the most famous and remarkable builds in all of Colonia! Permission was soon granted by Leven and JensenBeach to allow railway service to Ten Towers. The Waterloo Line was the only nearby railway at the time and it was decided to re-route this railway to travel directly to Ten Towers while adding a station at Lauren's new home at Lauren's Meadow. The only problem this created was that Mission Valley was now completely disconnected from the rest of the CRS. A decision was made to create a brand new railway - the Windsor Line, that would travel in a northeast-southeast direction, through Ten Towers and head down to the Sansee Desert. Eventually service was extended to Cairo and later Vanderbilt City.

In October and November of 2022 the Windsor Line was extended from Mission Valley northeast to Lawson Quarry which provided a direct route from our two main desert biomes: Sansee Desert and Lawson Desert.
